Can implementations be in any language? | Reply
The "Competition Overview" states:

"Participants may submit code written in one of the following languages: Java, C++, C#.NET, VB.NET, or Python."

Is it correct that this relates only to the code that returns the download URL, and that my implementation can use any language? Or must my implementation be in one of the languages listed?

Your implementation may be in any language as long as
- it satisfies the license restrictions (example: using a payed account on IBM Watson would not be allowed), and
- you are able to set it up using Docker in the final tests.
