I have some super exciting news to share with all of you. We have rolled out a brand new help center and support ticketing system for Topcoder! The changes we've made will not only make it easier for each of you to connect with the support team but it gives everyone the option to log into your very own case portal to open new cases, track current cases, and see a full history of past cases since we've made the switch! This change in service is something that was brought up and asked for by the community.....we have been listening and I'm so happy and proud of the team to be able to deliver on this request.
